Description
AmpONETM HS-Taq DNA polymerase, a modified form of AmpONETM Taq DNA Polymerase, is designed to enhance the specificity, sensitivity and yield of DNA amplification. The activity of AmpONETM HS-Taq DNA Polymerase is rapidly restored during the initial denaturation step of PCR. By limiting polymerase activity prior to PCR cycling, the amplification of non-specifically annealed primers or primer dimers is
reduced and target yield is increased.
