HaloPlex™ PCR is designed for targeted resequencing applications. By combining single tube target amplification and library preparation, HaloPlex™ PCR Reagent Kit prepares PCR products ready for pooling and direct sequencing in 4 easy phases

  1. RESTRICTION ENZYME DIGESTION
  2. HYBRIDIZATION TO SELECTOR PROBES
  3. SOLID PHASE CAPTURE AND DNA LIGATION
  4. CIRCLE DEPENDENT AMPLIFICATION WITH ADDITON OF ILLUMINA SEQUENCE MOTIFS

 

This reduces the total sample preparation time and cost without the need for dedicated instrumentation or automation.
