AmpliScribe™ T7-Flash™ Biotin-RNA Transcription Kit

The AmpliScribe™ T7-Flash™ Biotin-RNA Transcription Kit enables high-yield synthesis of biotin-RNA or biotin-antisense RNA (aRNA, also called cRNA). The kit incorporates Biotin-16-UTP directly into the RNA transcript. High yields of biotin-RNA are produced from as little as 50 ng of input DNA template.

BioSearch Tech (Lucigen/Epicentre)

Description

  • Produce micrograms of biotin-RNA or biotin-aRNA
  • Save time with 30 minute high-yield protocol, or extend the incubation to increase yield even further

Applications

  • Production of nonradioactive RNA probes for any purpose, including microarray (transcription profiling) studies, in situ hybridization, and blotting experiments.

The kit incorporates Biotin-16-UTP directly into the RNA transcript. High yields of biotin-RNA are produced from as little as 50 ng of input DNA template.

Features

  • Exceptionally high yields. The kit uses Epicentre's AmpliScribe T7-Flash rapid, high-yield in vitro transcription technology to generate the highest possible yield of biotin-RNA.
  • Optimized. In vitro transcription reaction conditions maximize yield of uniformly labelled biotin-RNA for high signal intensity.
  • Convenient. Rnase Inhibitor included.
