Our range of mouse specific chromosome paints includes the Starfish Pan-centromeric probes, available with either a directly labelled FITC fluorochrome, Cy3 or with biotin. The latter allows the addition of any avidin or streptavidin-attached fluorochrome of choice to be added by the customer.

determine copy number and integrity of complete ouse chromosome Y and
detect abnormalities of the chromosome. This probe is also ideal for xenograft/transplant studies where determination of species or gender specific chromosome may be required.
