Cambio human placental RNA

Cambio total human placental RNA is purified from healthy placentae by a method using a TRI-reagent.  The RNA has also been treated with DNase to remove traces of gDNA, with subsequent enzyme removal by phenol/chloroform extraction and ethanol precipitation.
