Hind III Digested Lambda DNA
Double-stranded. DNA is isolated from purified C1857 phage by phenol extraction. The DNA is digested with Hind III restriction endonuclease, extracted with phenol and dialysed against the storage buffer. The ladder marks base pairs of 23130, 9416, 6557, 4361, 2322, 2027, 564, 125.

Double-stranded. DNA is isolated from purified C1857 phage by phenol extraction. The DNA is digested with Eco RI and Hind III restriction endonucleases, extracted with phenol and dialysed against the storage buffer.
