Aptamers: Modifications
When contacting us for pricing details of custom or catalogue aptamers it would assist our team to know the following information in order to provide accurate pricing.
1- What modifications you require (see list below)?
2- Which end of the aptamer you require the modification(s): 3' , 5', or both?
3- How much aptamer you require (25 ug, 50 ug or 100 ug etc)?
4- What purification methods you require (we offer HPLC and PAGE)?
5- What the intended downstream application will be for the aptamer (?) - This allows our manufacturing team to prepare your aptamers using the most suitable methods.
6- Any other information that you feel may be relevant.

ATWAMINE - Amine modification
ATWBIOTIN - Biotin modification
ATWTHIOL - Thiol modification (extra charge)
Please note: Thiol reducing buffer is not supplied and users must provide their own
ATWFLUOR - Fluor (all) modification (extra charge)
