Description
6-(4-E-cycloocten-1-yl-oxyamido)-hexyl-(2-cyanoethyl)-
(N,N-diisopropyl)-phosphoramidite
Transcyclooctene (TCO) is a strained
alkene that reacts with tetrazine labels in an inverse-electron-demand
Diels-Alder cycloaddition (IEDDA) reaction. TCO-tetrazine ligation is
ultrafast, selective, and has long-term stability in aqueous solutions.
This is a 5'-modifier only and is compatible with a single oxidation
cycle with 0.02M iodine.
