FPLC cartridges

Our high-quality resins based on BioWorks Workbeads for his-tag, GST-tag and membrane protein purification are available as pre-packed affinity chromatography columns, ready to be used on automated liquid chromatography systems (e.g., FPLC). Our pre-packed columns are available in 2 sizes, 1 mL and 5 mL bed volumes. Our FPLC cartridges are also available empty, to be filled with your chromatography matrix of choice.

Empty Cambio FPLC Cartridges provide the same technical features as Cambio pre-packed cartridges and can be filled with your resin of choice. Our cartridges are available in 2 sizes, 1 mL and 5 mL bed volumes. Made from robust materials, the body and end plugs are resistant to most commonly used reagents. The void volume in each end plug is minimal because the fluid is introduced through a narrow flow path. Recommended operational pressure is up to 3 bar (42 psi).
