Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) is a modified ribonucleic acid containing a
methylene bridge connecting the 2'-oxygen and 4'-carbon atoms.
Ac-5-Me-C-LA-CE Phosphoramidite incorporates 5-methylcytosine in place
of standard cytosine, a modification that plays a critical role in
therapeutic applications. This version of C-LNA features an acetyl (Ac)
protecting group, making it compatible with UltraFast deprotection using
AMA.
