Description
The Amino-Modifier C6 dR is an internal amino modifier that can be incorporated multiple times in an oligonucleotide. This beta anomer is susceptible to nuclease cleavage, which offers an additional conjugation strategy, one that can be useful in probe design by taking advantage of its nuclease sensitivity.
