Key features
- Enzyme is supplied at 10,000 U/mL and includes 10X Reaction Buffer
- Cleaves linear or nicked double-stranded DNA in the 5’>3’ direction, releasing mononucleotides.
Contains either 1 x 0.25 mL vial (300T7EXO-1)
or 2 x 0.25 mL vials (300T7EXO-2) of T7 Exonuclease. A tube of
Exonuclease Reaction Buffer,10X is also included.
