Diluent: Acetonitrile, DMSO, DMF

Labeling: For labeling 0.2µmoles of an amino-modified oligonucleotide, dissolve 5.4mg of the Methylene Blue NHS Ester in 60µL of DMSO (Acetonitrile or DMF are also acceptable). Dissolve the amino-modified oligonucleotide in 500µL 0.1 M Carbonate/Bicarbonate buffer (pH 9). Add 12µL of the Methylene Blue NHS Ester solution and vortex. Let react for 2 hours at room temperature and desalt.
