All Cirrus™ products incorporate an optimum dUTP nucleotide mix for efficient amplification and the ability to apply UNG carry-over prevention if required.

Conveniently packaged in a ready-to-use PCR consumable format, Cirrus™ reagents can be manually or robotically re- constituted and loaded directly onto your chosen PCR instrument.

SPEED

FLEXIBILITY

Cirrus™ Strips are 8 well PCR strips pre-dispensed with either PCR or one tube RT- PCR reagents for real-time PCR using hydrolysis and conformational probe methods.

FORMAT

Lyophilised products in 12 x 8 wells in a tray (removable in strips of 8) with individual well seals. Each well has a 20 µL final reaction volume. Packing includes a zip-lock re-sealable Mylar® foil pouch.
