Specifications

  • 500 μl in vial (50 μg)
  • Volume sufficient to run 100 lanes at 5 μl loaded per well

  • Storage solution: 10 mM EDTA, 10% glycerol, 0.015% bromophenol blue and 0.17% SDS.
  • Recommended for use with 1% to 2% agarose gels
  • Suitable for use with non-toxic nucleic acid dyes premixed in the gel
  • Stable at ambient temperature for up to 9 months
