Description
3-Dimethoxytrityloxy-2-(3-palmitamidopropanamido)propyl-1-O-(2-cyanoethyl)-(N,N-diisopropyl)-phosphoramidite
Palmitate Serinol Phosphoramidite
structure features a saturated fatty acid with a 16-carbon chain. When
incorporated into synthetic oligonucleotides, palmitate enhances
cellular uptake and activity in various tissues. The Serinol linker
allows for the incorporation of modifications at the 3′-end, internally,
and at the 5′-end during oligonucleotide synthesis.
