Brain natriuretic peptide, BNP-32, is a 32-amino acid peptide that is synthesized
within the ventricles of the heart. Natriuretiuc peptides
regulate sodium and water balance, blood volume, and arterial pressure.
BNP-32 is a biomarker for heart failure.

Aptamer folding instruction before use:
Once the aptamer is in its working concentration, it needs to be heated to 85-95 ºC for 5 minutes, and then cooled to room
temperature (~15 minutes) before use.
