Cirrus™ DNA is our next generation of ambient stored PCR master mixes using our proprietary reagent stabilisation process capability with enhanced PCR sensitivity and linearity in hydrolysis and conformational probe amplification.
Cirrus™ Strips now incorporate Cirrus™ reagent in a simple ready-to-use format
All Cirrus™ products incorporate an optimum dUTP nucleotide mix for efficient amplification and the ability to apply UNG carry-over prevention if required.
Conveniently packaged in a ready-to-use PCR consumable format, Cirrus™ reagents can be manually or robotically re- constituted and loaded directly onto your chosen PCR instrument.
Cirrus™ Strip PCR master mixes are room temperature stable for >18 months.
Brought to you by Fluorogenics Limited, a world leader in ambient stored PCR reagents, Cirrus™ Strip reagents reduce the batch-to-batch variation and volumetric errors associated with manual reaction set- up of conventional 2x mixes. A formulation specifically optimised for fluorogenic probe based amplification. Cirrus™ provides unparalleled performance in hydrolysis and conformational probe real-time PCR.
Cirrus™ Strip reagents utilise the latest ultra-fast hot start polymerase, with activation in under 60 seconds. The convenience of a pre-dispensed master-mix also reduces laboratory hands-on time. Simply add your primers, probes & template and you are ready to t cycle.
Cirrus™ Strips are 8 well PCR strips pre- dispensed with either PCR or one tube RT- PCR reagents for real-time PCR using hydrolysis and conformational probe methods.
Lyophilised products in 12 x 8 wells in a tray (removable in strips of 8) with individual well seals. Each well has a 20 µL final reaction volume. Packing includes a zip-lock re-sealable Mylar® foil pouch.
Cirrus™ Strips DNA, CIR-S-DNA-1000-01
Cirrus™ Strips RNA, CIR-S-RNA-1000-01
Developed to give comparable analytical PCR performance to conventional ‘wet’ reagents, Cirrus™ Strips master mixes can be directly substituted for your standard 5’ nuclease master mix.
