Electrophoresis Reagents Kit: Starter (Agarose Tabs, TBE)
Contains TBE buffer stock and All-in-one Agarose Tabs™ that enable direct visualization of nucleic acids under safe, blue light.
Reagents are sufficient to cast and run eight 2% agarose gels (20 ml):
- TBE electrophoresis buffer powder (5.1 g, makes 600 ml of 1X solution)
- SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs™ (8 tablets)
Gels can be cast in any agarose concentration (0.8% to 3% range) by adjusting the volume of water added to the SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs™.
Kit includes:

- SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs (8 tablets)
