Glutathione Agarose (for GST-tagged protein purification)
Cambio Glutathione Agarose is a robust glutathione agarose resin that has high performance in purification of glutathione-S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins. It can be used for chromatography (column or batch) or in GST pull-downs (to validate or screen for interacting partners). Cambio Glutathione Agarose is made using high performance BioWorks Workbeads that are suitable for FPLC applications.
